Delivery. Prices quoted are for delivery to UK mainland. If you want goods sent to other parts of the UK and abroad or for large orders please contact us for a quote.
We usually send out goods by a next day courier service from Monday to Thursday. We do not dispatch on a Friday as we do not want worms hanging around in a depot all over the week end. For most UK mainland orders the p+p is £6.50 for up to 10 kilos, some items only cost £2.50 Items that are small enough are sent by Royal Mail.
Returns. If you are not happy with your purchase then please get in touch to arrange for it to be returned and for you to receive a refund. Luckily this is something we have never had to do!
